Brian and Corinne, Engaged

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of taking engagement photos for our good friends Brian and Corinne. The two are getting married at the Eastland Park Hotel in May and wanted to get some fun city pictures before the big day.

We started off at the Portland Museum of Art. Brian took Corinne here on their very first date, and just a few months ago, decided to return so he could pop the question on the staircase of the McLellan House! Photography of most of the art exhibits isn't allowed, but given the significance of the McLellan House, we spent most of our time there, and I have to say, I could have spent all day there! The house is gorgeous and each room has its own personality. The lighting, rugs, wallpaper and structure had me going nuts with fun shots!

Brian and Corinne especially loved the windows, and I have to say I agree! They reminded me of my bedroom when I lived in Spain..huge bright windows that let in so much sunshine!

After the Museum of Art, we took to the streets of Portland. I love, love, love taking city shots, and it was a blast with this affectionate couple!

I love this shot in front of the Eastland...just a few months guys!! Yay!

Brian and Corinne, thank you so much for asking me to take your pictures! I'm so, so happy for you both and I can't wait for your wedding in May!!
