Brian and Corinne, Just a Tease

Today I met up with good friends Brian and Corinne to shoot some fun engagement pictures in anticipation of their upcoming wedding this May. Despite the cold, we had fun roaming the Portland Museum of Art and the streets of the Old Port. Here are a few teasers!

Annie, Joe, and Nolan

Following my session with Jaime and Taylor, I also met up with good friend Annie and Joe, and their six-month-old baby Nolan, also at Royal River Park in Yarmouth.  The day was progressively getting colder and damper, but we were able to snag some good family shots and a few of Nolan in the park.

Nolan was much more interested in the leaves than the camera but we were able to get him to look up for this shot!

The park quickly got to be too cold for Nolan, so we headed back to my place to get more pictures of the little guy!

I just love this face!

Who can resist momma kisses?

Annie and Joe, I love watching Nolan grow! I can't believe how fast it is happening. Thank you for letting me take pictures of your beautiful family!

Jaime and Taylor

Last weekend my good friend Jaime asked if I would mind taking some mother/daughter pictures of her and her one and a half year old Taylor. Of course, I jumped at the chance, and to make it even better, it was a secret squirrel mission as she will be using the photos to make a fun album for her husband, Chris (who I have been assured will not see this on my blog!)

We met up at the Royal River Park in Yarmouth. It was a grey day, but the leaves were still scattered around the park, making for some great photo opportunities.

Jaime wanted to start out with some Christmas pictures of Taylor, so she brought this adorable Santa hat and cute sweater!

Can you even believe these eyes?? I'm glad she's not my kiddo..I'd never be able to say no to this face!

I love this picture..its like she's saying "Please Santa, just bring me a pony!"

After the Christmas shots, we had fun poking around the park and playing in the leaves. Taylor was an awesome sport!

And now I give you...the world's best temper tantrum.

Things started out ok as we walked up the hill...

...but the face started turning...

...and then we had this!

Luckily, all was right with the world again, once we told Taylor we were heading to the playground!

And of course, all good things must come to an end.

Jaime and Taylor, I had a blast with you in the park! Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your time together, and I know Chris will love his album!

Weekend Teasers!

I am blessed to have a lot of great friends. On top of that, I'm blessed to have great friends, with adorable children! Today I was lucky enough to hang out with some of these friends for some fun photo sessions at Royal River Park in Yarmouth. Here are some teasers!

I started the day with Jaime and her year and a half old daughter, Taylor. Jaime wanted to do some mother/daughter shots and some of Taylor just being Taylor!

Afterwards I met up with Annie, Joe, and Nolan for some family pictures and Nolan's 6-month photos!

As you can see, my day oozed with cuteness! More to come soon!
