Yesterday I shot Caryn and Patrick's wedding at the Alamoosook Lodge in Orland, Maine. The weather was perfect for this beautiful couple, and their family and friends. Here are a few teaser pics to hold them through until I go through the rest! Enjoy!

A Coastal Family Session

When a friend and former colleague of mine, Gail, asked me to take pictures of her family, I was thrilled. I hadn't seen her girls in a few years, and couldn't wait to see how much they'd grown. In fact, the last time I saw Vylet, the youngest, she was just a few weeks old, so it was great to spend a morning with the family. We found ourselves at Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse in South Portland, one of my favorite spots in the area. Gail, Josh, Alyvia, and Vylet were a breeze to photograph, and it was fun to explore the area together. Here are some of my favorites from the bunch!

Today I met up Gail, Josh, Alyvia, and Vylet at Spring Point Ledge for some family photos. We had a great time exploring the grounds, and at times they had me laughing so hard it was tough to take a picture! Here are two of my initial favorites, with more to come!

Jessica and BL, A Walk in the Park

After living in Portland for three years now, I'm ashamed to admit that last Sunday's session with Jessica and BL was the first time I've ventured through Deering Oaks Park. I'm so glad that Jessica suggested it because it is gorgeous, and we couldn't have asked for a better day for photos!

Picking favorites from this shoot was a breeze. Jessica and BL are very photogenic, which made it so easy to work on their photos. I had a wonderful time exploring the park with them!

Caryn and Patrick, Engaged

Last Saturday I had the pleasure of spending an hour with Caryn and Patrick on the University of Maine at Orono's campus for some engagement pictures. The couple is getting married at the end of the month and it was great to have a chance to get to know them a bit before their big day. The weather was perfect, and we had fun exploring the gardens and scenery of this gorgeous campus. Here are some of my favorites!
